When you come in the front door and go past the WC, you go to the left up the stairs to get to the floor with all of the bedrooms. At the far end of the hall is the third bedroom (straight ahead) and the master bedroom (down and to the left). The second bedroom is just to the left, and the family bathroom is just behind the camera, so to speak.

This is the master bedroom, where George and I will be. We'll probably keep the babies in here with us for the first few months or so. :)

En-suite shower room in the master bedroom - heck yes!

The shower in the en-suite.

The second bedroom - the window overlooks the back garden (back yard).

The third bedroom/study. We'll probably use this room as the study, but I'm sure we have lots of time to play around with what goes where.

This one is of the family bathroom, which is on the 1st floor next to the second bedroom.

This is one view of the kitchen. The window overlooks the front garden, and we'll be able to see the car from there. One of the best things about this kitchen? Do you see the furthest drawer on the left? It's a dishwasher! :) (I love the hidden appliances.)

This is the other half of the kitchen/breakfast nook. This is where we'll have our table, and the fridge/freezer is hidden as the last doors on the right.

The back yard (back garden) - there's a nice little patio space for a table and/or BBQ, and George is really excited that we'll have a shed! I'm hoping to be able to do a bit of landscaping to make the yard look pretty.

This is what you see when you walk into the second bedroom.
We didn't get any pictures of the living room because the current tenants were there and we didn't want to creep them out. But we were really thankful that they showed us around! The house is a terraced house in a quiet square that has a lovely green area (with planted flowers that will hopefully bloom up - and that will hopefully not be destroyed when the girls decide to try to pull on them) and a children's play area (complete with what George excitedly calls a 'death slide' - I'm not so sure that I'm keen on the girls getting anywhere near that just yet). It's close to a Tesco Extra, which is open 24 hours a day on most days (barring Sunday - rules are still rules, I suppose) and has a gas (petrol) station. It's not too far from the station, which is great for commuting, and it's close to the town centre where there's lots of shopping and restaurants. So all in all, very excited!
OK, I'd better go finish getting ready for work, but I just wanted to share those. Scan tomorrow, so hope all goes well with that and we'll see how much the babies have grown!
Lots of love,
Erin xoxo

Congratulations. Yes, I'm a bit slow, but better than never! I can't wait to see it done up for my favorite babies.
