Hello, everyone! Hope you're all well and happy.
Since our Scotland adventure, we've had two main events: first, Daddy's birthday and second, the start of solids (which coincides with the girls turning five months old). Solids! Five months! Big stuff! :)
Although they advise waiting till 6 months in the UK, our health visitor said we could give solids a go. So on Sunday we started with creamy porridge - a good, smooth start. I made it with my milk, which I was hoping would make the girls take to it more. It was a mixed reaction. But the past few attempts have been more successful, especially with Izzy. She's actually started taking the spoon into her own hands, and she opens her mouth almost every time I say 'bite'. Impressive!
All right, time to put the girls to bed - enjoy the photos and I'll try to update again soon.

| Not too impressed but not bad, either. |

The girls are so big! And so beautiful! I can't believe it! I miss them, and you! I love the hair btw.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like when fed solids, the girls get even cuter! Which until now was not thought possible.
